Was lucky enough to see LOVELY David O'Doherty (plus support) at Union Chapel last night. It was a fantastic show, and only served to make me more excited to see his Edinburgh show (we were given a taster of some new songs - flawless :D). However, as always with David’s shows, I left with an almost physical NEED to give the man a hug. He is so sweet, and so earnest in his quest for happiness (apparently a new pizza wheel was not the life-affirmation he hoped it would be), that it seems genuinely UNFAIR that he struggles to find it.

Something that makes him happy is people who buy his music legally, rather than download it, so if you are unaware of this fantastic man (and friend of Fielding :)) - go check out his bandcamp page :).
