Cut in half
Industrialization vs deforestation and how much it affects mankind.
Soft - easy to mold, cut, compress or fold, not hard or firm to the touch.
Soft is Hard to Wrap
a pillow is wrapped around in plastic wrap force and constricted by a yellow plastic chain restricting movement and the natural form. as soft as a pillow can be, it is still hard to wrap with force and strength around it meanwhile releasing in return an opposing power the limits how much force can be applied even to a soft surface or material disregarding the size or shape.
Lost Objects
the fossil is a natural copy that bring to life a generic form of industrialization in collision with biological genus. the fossil creates it own form of eradication marking and molding one or more of its impressions left in passing.
X Marks the Spot
Andy Goldsworthy - magical landscape art.
Bruce Naumon - “It does not open the closed form of the fabricated object to release its material components from the corset of their construction, to turn them over to the forces of nature—gravity, wind, erosion— which would give them quite another articulation, one cast in the shadow of natural processes of change.”

“Full Face Clay Cap” - F2C2
25 lbs over the shoulders turn into a cover up that hides an identity. No face recognition nor revealed to only a posing headless body.

“Fire Contained”
A frame that has been burnt until charcoal that has been wrapped around with a 50 foot long garden hose with the intention of being a representation of the struggles of deforestation on a world wide scale which is influenced by industrialization and commercialization in a massive and progressive manner.
QCQ Heterogeneous made its first appearance of automutilation and sacrifice, among other actions, are qualified as having the power to liberate heterogeneous elements and to break the habitual homogeneity of the individual. The use of sacrificial mechanisms for various ends, such as propitiation or expiation.
Solid Matter and Falling into Place
Provoking an organic form with rough and heavy materials with the intent to be a decorative piece like a planter but in a more industrial form and perceptive.
Where tension and gravity find an equilibrium with in a proper weight distribution allowing an arrangement of spaces separating two separate piece in a illusion and sense of floating while still being supported.
