Why is it people (namely older generation) don't understand how anxiety works? They don't seem to grasp that no matter what they say and that no matter than I know what they are saying is the truth and logical, that I'm going to worry about things regardless and panic about the littlest details because of it. Anxiety is one nasty bastard to have, let me tell you that for a fact

Group Chat

So my friend added me to a group chat they're in with a bunch of my other friends, ones I've just been on holidays with btw, and they didnt know that I can see what's been said in there previously. So I was being nosey (who wouldn't right?!) and it turns out they've been messaging eachother about me, saying how I've been 'lumped with them'. Just love the friendship vibes I do 🙄

What is it with people and getting rid of me / trying to palm me off on someone else? Literally any 'best friend' I've had has got rid of me in some way. My documentary is very true, I've only got a small handful of friends and the person who I'm closest to and won't end up leaving me is my mother
