back with more concert stuff! not a huge amount of updates this time, but there’s a few~

(see my last post for more)

we left off at kcon la and there’s been a few more things since then so next up, evnne!

before going to the actual show we visited the hybe exhibit at the grammy museum! it was tons of fun and super exciting to see all the stuff of our ults! (my mom ults svt + i ult &team)

after that was the actual show though! it was tons of fun~ I don’t usually go to venues this small so it was a nice change of pace! if a group you like performs at the vermont hollywood i 100% recommend going! it’s small but there’s not a bad spot, even from the bar you can see the whole stage super clearly. and ofc~ the guys were amazing! it was such high energy and super fun, especially as a star creator! (it was also the first concert i left with a different bias than i arrived with lol)

next up, youngji! we found out about this tour kinda on accident, but it was rlly fun! another small venue and lots of energy lol. she’s super funny and talented, overall a great concert!

next up, krazy super concert in long beach! tbh my feeling were a bit mixed lol. the performances were all great, but we only went day one and the delay for aespa was crazy ㅠㅠ still very fun but bc of that their set was cut short and we wound up leaving way later than we intended to. overall though, amazing! i’ll always be happy to see zb1 though lol

and then a bit more recently we have bdu! (can you tell i’m a star creator lol) it was super fun! same venue as evnne so the view was great but with a smaller crowd so it was super chill and fun! i’ve been following jay since like 2022 so it was amazing being able to see him perform live! (technically not for the first time but at kcon japan we were super far lol) 10/10 i love this venue lol

and the most recent~ the same weekend as bdu we saw xg! this was super different from the concerts we normally go to, not sure if it’s an xg thing or just a gg thing but the crowd was a bit older, more mixed gender wise, and had a lot of couples, lots with kids too which you don’t often see at kpop concerts lol. overall the show itself was great, lots of cover stages but also almost their whole discography! the girls were great and the crowd was super chill for the venue size lol

now on to the rest of the concerts since may!

firstly: txt!

i was actually a casual fan of them since predebut, so it was super cool finally seeing them live after being a fan for years! overall an amazing experience even though our seats sucked lol

since the concert my mom has just been in shock of how big of a kai fan i am as if he wasn’t my ult bias for literal years lol

2: piwon!

i’m honestly not the biggest p1ece out there, but it was still tons of fun! we decided to see them after loving their performance and fan interactions at kcon japan and it was amazing as expected!

3: sawyer hill

first non-kpop concert in literal years lol. went w my sister and had tons of fun! it felt weird being at such a tiny venue tho lol

4: xdh!!

finally they came to the us!! i’ve been a villain since hdd so when they announced a us showcase i knew i had to go lol. as expected, it was amazing! + they did a little hi-wave for the whole venue and we wound up having a super cute interaction with jungsu lol, overall 10/10, i’ll definitely go again if and when they come back to the states!

kcon la 2024! (just day 1 bc that’s all we went to lol)

overall good, but not the best lol

i liked that they made the m&g + kcon stage stuff open to everyone, but being so far back with general tickets, it wasn’t much better than just watching it streamed lol ㅠㅠ still super fun, and you could actually get pretty close at the connecting stage! but overall the actual con part of kcon was just meh

then came the fun part!! we were ga floor and wound up only one person from barricade!

it was amazing ㅠㅠ and we got a lot of unexpected songs! lvly? but sometimes? crush? all super unexpected but i absolutely loved seeing them live

there wasn’t a single performance that wasn’t great too, even groups I wasn’t as familiar with before like dxmon or ini managed to surprise me with their performances!

we were at the side of the stage by the stairs so while we didn’t have the best spot for fancams and they never actually performed facing us, we got tons of interactions!

finally caught up for now! since i just started college i wont be going to quite as many events ㅠㅠ but i do have evnne, bdu, and svt coming up! so it’s not like i don’t have any stuff to look forward to lol

(+ i’m gearing up for like 3 comebacks and madein’s debut so there’s still plenty going on lol)

i went to kcon! had a great time, saw lots of great groups live, and got to see kep1er irl for the first time

all in all 10/10 will probably go back this year too!

also visited japan earlier this year and had tons of fun! we only got to see osaka, kobe, and tokyo this time, but we’ll be going to chiba soon too!

we were actually there for a concert tho lol. got to see kep1er on tour and had an interaction with my ult bias!!

also ofc went to tower records and got all the things lol (my luné heart was so happy seeing all the &team stuff ㅠㅠ)

i swear i used to never leave my house and now i do sm -_-

plus i’ll be seeing enha later this month, visiting korea, japan, and guam next month, and seeing txt next month!

so yeah it’s a lot lol m(_ _)m

but that’s most everything i’ve done since i last used this account! i’ll probably do these every once in a while to update on all the things i get up to, but that’s it for right now!

first, the things i mentioned last time!

enhypen in anaheim! overall great experience, it was our first time doing the whole ga floor thing so we were super tired by the end of the night, but overall, amazing experience!

and then there was our huge trip lol, it was actually my senior trip to celebrate graduating early, but my god did we do a lot lol

first, general travel stuff. we visited seoul, busan, chiba, and guam (kinda a lot -_-) so here’s some highlight photos from that!

there’s more but i’m close to the photo limit so i’ll add it in a minute lol

it was so nice finally being able to go to &team events! + i went to the chae café one of my twt moots was running in busan~

it was amazing as you can probs expect lol

we got to see a bunch of different groups as we went all 3 days, including kep1er, &team, bnd, & zb1!! it was amazing finally seeing both of my ult groups ㅠㅠ my photos aren’t great but it was so fun!~

still a lot to catch up on tbh ㅠㅠ but now we’re on to the last bit of korea!

we stopped by dayeon’s parents restaurant! it was so cute omg ㅠㅠ it was so nice to just be surrounded by kep1er stuff~ + the food was absolutely delicious, i will absolutely be visiting again the next time im in seoul!

when the staff realised i was a kep1ian they also got super excited and handed me a stack of kep1er face masks lol, so that was rlly sweet

we also stopped by the memorabilia popup which was kinda underwhelming tbh -_- it was cute but they were sold out of most everything by the time we got there so it’s kinda an us problem lol

we also did a bit of shopping and passed a few bday/debut anniversary ads (there was an only one of one too but i didn’t get a photo ㅠㅠ)

I didn’t get any photos of this but we also stopped by the yhmah event at ktown4u and spent far too much money lol

we kinda just chilled for the last day~ hung out in the park for our last night and then spent the morning before we had to fly out doing a last little bit of shopping and eating sweets lol

overall an amazing trip! i’d love to visit again at some point (i’m studying to teach abroad so maybe 👀 lol)

next update will be the concerts i’ve been to since then! (might have to be split into a few parts again ㅠㅠ)
