DAZ3RR’s Phighting Gear Stealer AU is a Fanfiction which is based on the epitome of the phrase ‘art disturbs the comforted, and comforts the disturbed’. The story explores the dynamics between characters, with their respective perspectives included, and prioritised realism in a spin on the classic ‘enemies to lovers’ trope while keeping the main plotline the focus to build the tension and ramp it up slowly. It is balanced with amounts of detail, monologues and fluffy moments in the tragic events in order to keep those parts separate yet intertwined. We witness it unfold primarily through the eyes of the protagonists, Subspace and Sapphire, members of separate factions in Blackrock with a scheme behind their peers. We are introduced to a young child, able to physically manipulate the gears that were given innately to inphernals from the spawn to his will, raised to comprehend a systemic plan to raise The Hollows and Korblox Administration above the rest.  // [PROLOGUE] (♢)

♢ Sapphire had been spawned into the Inpherno to their two biological parents twenty-three years ago, raised among their siblings as a typical middle child. Jetpack was the youngest, being just eighteen in comparison this winter, an individual that could be closed off and snappy. Yet, she often made it her goal to trudge through the attitude and be of assistance to inphernals that needed it. Firework, being the eldest overall, was overly formal and wary towards strangers since he was conditioned to when growing up. Occasionally, Sapphire would leave their important work to voluntarily visit Firework and his son, because Sapphire didn’t appreciate the way that Firework treated the kid… despite their own demeanour. Their mannerisms were swift and almost alluding to a further intent that went above the knowledge of most. An exception from that concealing was with their proclaimed apprentice, a young teenager named Bronze that had a knack for engineering. ♢
