“Honestly? Me either,” he admitted with a chuckle of amusement, “But it’s kind of impressive in its own little way, no?” Tucker added with a little nudge in Liliana’s direction. “At least I can say I’ve lived my life to the fullest, you know?”

“I suppose there is that...” Liliana confessed, sighing softly as she shook her head at the male. The dark haired man could drive her insane but she couldn’t quite seem to keep her grip on her annoyance where he was concerned. He irritated, baffled and made her smile in equal measures. “Just be careful that that edge you live on doesn’t tip you onto the wrong side.” Because there was the potential there to land himself in deep trouble she felt. “But I am envious of your ability to hold nothing back. Nothing seems to stop you.”

“There was a dog- well… two dogs. And a squirrel. There also might have been some peanut butter involved and well-… now we’re here.” Kristoff commented, still wrapped in leads and one dog missing. “Please tell me you’ve seen him.”

Liliana raised an eyebrow at the other, shaking her head a little. “That is an impressive tale but no, I can’t say I have. Do you have any peanut butter left? I’ll help you search for him if you like.”

“Okay, okay kid, keep up.” Beetlejuice took a deep breath and tried to go slower. “Basically, I was flirting with this guy, right? And it was going great, until his musclehead boyfriend showed up, and how the hell was I supposed to know he wasn’t single? So that’s why I’m sitting here in boxer shorts, the asshat threw my pants into a tree and I can’t get to them.”

No, that was definitely no better the second time around but she had to admit the man was entertaining and he did draw a smile of amusement to her lips. “Well... I can’t really help you with the pants in a tree situation... or the pants in general. I mean... I guess we could go to a store and buy you something so you look a little more decent.”

“It’s nothing surprising really. They had an opening and I was there at the right time,” Rora explained with a shrug.

“You are pretty lucky then. Congratulations on that Aurora.” Liliana said with a smile. “Maybe we need to celebrate it.”

Sabrina pursed her lips. “I said I was checking up on my research for a project I have and I ended up taking a book from a section I wasn’t supposed too, and when I went back to return the book the section was totally gone, vanished, and now I’m stuck with this weird book and I have no where to put it.”

“... A section doesn’t just disappear, that’s not how the world works. It sounds to me like you might have got lost.” Liliana answered honestly. “Do you need a hand with trying to track down where it goes. I have a little spare time.”

“Your book... ‘fell into a puddle’? So you mean you dropped it.” She stated, unable to hold back the smile of amusement when she saw the state of said book. “Oh... that is completely ruined.”

“It’s me. Is there really a need for any more explanation besides that?” Tucker chuckled, getting back up on his feet again. “If you think this is wild, I don’t think you want to hear about half the situations I’ve got myself into.”

“If you mean would it make any more sense... probably not.” Liliana didn’t know how she’d even ended up in this conversation with him but here they were. “I don’t know how you have survived without killing yourself.”

“How about a picnic? The weather is so nice that it would be a real shame to go back inside?” Aurora said with a smile, already holding a blanket.

Liliana looked at the girl for a moment before she nodded her head, a little smile forming on her lips. “You’re right. It would be a shame to let the sunshine go to waste.” She’d always enjoyed being outside rather than cooped up indoors after all. “Shall we go and buy a few things or do you have that sorted already too?”

“Sorry, you might have to repeat again just how you got yourself into this position.” Because Liliana wasn’t entirely certain she’d heard it right the first time.

“I wouldn’t say I’m used to doing it anywhere that isn’t inside my own apartment, but I do like to have fun and you know, live in the moment.” She shrugged, that and if there was a really good song playing- she just couldn’t help herself. “I’d hardly call that bopping, you got to put more into your shoulders.”

Liliana couldn’t help but laugh at that. She supposed it wasn’t really bopping but still... “Sounds like you are turning into a dance teacher now too.” Liliana joked.

“Why’s that not true? Who would care?”

“People are always opinionated and some are frankly just mean. You can’t say you haven’t experienced people like that in your life.” Liliana pointed out.

“Rude?” Tucker clutched at his heart as if in pain. “You think I’m rude? Oh pidge, I’m a lot of things but rude? I’d rather take ‘nosy’,” he replied back. “I was waiting for you. How can I outshine you on the floor if you’re nowhere to be found?” he added, feigning an innocent gaze before chuckling softly.

“I’m sure you would.” She murmured, though a moment later, Liliana couldn’t help but laugh a little, rolling her eyes at the man. “You are also utterly ridiculous it would seem.” Came the statement a moment later. “What did you really come over for? Though I have a feeling it was merely to toy with me.”

“That’s a fair argument,” Sebastian couldn’t help but admit with a little hum of agreement. “Well, are you enjoying yourself more than you did at the bar?”

“Yes, I am actually, thank you. It’s less... confining. At least I feel like I can get away here if I need to and it’s not all about the drinking.” Which, at the bar it seemed to be for her friends. “What about you, are you enjoying yourself?”

“It’s fine. I’m guessing there’s a reason for it,” Isaac said with a shrug, “Many requests for a dance tonight or something?”

“No, I can’t say there is ever a reason for a lady to have toilet roll stuck to her shoe.” She answered as she scraped it off. “I’ve had a few but I’ve yet to get up so far but the night is young.”

“Nobody cares if you’re a good dancer,” Sky said, “I hate to sound like a cliche but the most important thing is that you have fun.”

“That’s not entirely true.” It would be nice if it was but unfortunately, not everyone was so nice. “But I know what you mean and I’ll take it into account.” Liliana admitted with a little smile.

“Alright, alright,” he chuckled, “You can put the claws away.” Tucker took a sip of his drink before looking to her again, unable to help himself when it came to her for some reason. She got wound up so easily. “Do you always take everything so personally?”

“No, not usually.” Liliana answered when the man questioned her. She didn’t know why he was so different. Something about him... it was like he knew things about her that she didn’t want people to see and so she automatically became defensive around him. “Most people aren’t so rude though...” She looked to him again. “Why aren’t you dancing then?”
