Old people, men and the demographics with High School or less in Education (and to a lesser extent those with a community college or trades education) voted highly for the PC’s.

Women, young people and the highly educated voted NDP by a large margin.

This car was imported from Japan way back in 2006 before Canada could legally import the GC8. It came as a full STI swapped car with about 27000kms on it. Then after many years of not being able to get it to run right the owner put it up for sale and I bought it. At about a $10,000 loss for the him (sorry guy). Within a week the v3 sti engine spun a rod and I uncovered some of the sketchiest work I have seen in a long time. Talking airboxes taped onto turbos and enough stop leak to damn a river. I just so happen to have a complete Ej207 sti drive train so I decided to put that in. Which required the entire vehicle harness to be removed and shipped to California to be merged between the original harness, the v3 harness swap and the new 207 harness. Got it all in and running and realized that it was very noisy and low on power. Took it out and tore it down to find out almost every valve was bent right from Japan (sometime Japan sends us their garbage 👍). Had the heads completely rebuilt with all Raceteck parts and Arp headstuds and got it back together. Then boom car spun a rod within a week or so. Yes I wanted to burn it to the ground. Yes I hated Subaru for a very long time. Alas I kept plugging away at it, found an imported 207 block and swapped it all out again. That was the magic combination suppose, been driving it for three years now with no really issues. I love this car, it’s odd ball, it’s kinda unique, and it’s challenged me on every level. If you got a project and you want to give up on it just keep going you can do it. I believe in you!
