alright guys I wanted to get you guys a video of this room but that I have made
by our robot 870 model and this after about just a little over a month worth
of use I am well let me first preface this by saying that I am completely Roomba 860 vs 880
satisfied with it it hasn’t done anything that I didn’t expect it to in fact it’s actually performed quite a bit better than I thought it would overall it’s been a great little vacuum I I don’t vacuum the house I mean I do onoccasion when I remember to do it

but after that you get those straight lines going across the carpet which is really really impressive to see now you do have the boundary markers and those work as expected so you put these around cords or any other thing that you don't want the bot to get into maybe like behind the entertainment center if there's a gap there.
otherwise it'll get there may not have a chance to get back out so biology markers are very very important and they actually provide those for you right in the box which is nice in my testing I found that cleaning my main level in my house which is neato vs roomba 2018
roughly 2,000 square feet it had to recharge one time and the last pass the battery was pretty low too so it's safe to say if you have a pretty large house you may have it to recharge itself three or four times when going through this process but it is definitely nice that when the battery gets low enough it actually goes back and recharges itself and heads back to where it left off.
the d5 has an app that you can use to send your bot to clean floors after that the app does not give you a lot more control I mean you can set up schedules you can see the status and battery life and also set reminders we need to perform maintenance but I feel the in-app
experience on the d5 is lacking however the d7 and also the Kinect it has a better experience and it's something that I would have loved to see come down to the d5 there's a chance that there may be a software update or something like that but as of right now the d5 app experience is far far behind the competition everything so far I said has been pretty positive but there are a couple couple of things that
I know it's a couple quirks I noticed and something you should definitely be aware of so number one larger pieces of objects is really tough for bots to to get up I have issues with my Roomba vs neato as well anything that's pretty big so rice grains sometimes it has issue with the larger rice grains where it ends up slapping it and then I'm gonna get slapped it goes into a corner or finds a way to not get picked up now that's an issue with a lot of other BOTS too but it's something that I definitely need to mention and
that's why I said before that these are great companions but if you really want that deep clean you should actually invest in a larger vacuum cleaner or for hardwood floors actually do an old-fashioned sweeping what I found is that after using the bots even after a couple times a week I still need to go back after it with a broom and kind of sweep up some extra parts that may have got stuck in the corners and also the d5 it seems like it doesn't get that close to the edge like other robot vacuum cleaners that
