ed diary - 8/3/22 - entry [one]

I wanna make It my own challenge to post at least one update on my weightloss EVERY DAY so that I am physically committed to achieving my goals - one day at a time. tw/ed/proed4me

todays update so far...

-I slept 10 hours

-I shat HEAPS like half my body weight tbh good god

-checked the scale for the first time this week. but for some reason, I went from 65 to 76kgs ??!!! within like a couple days? huge fluctuation :(

-gonna start doing yoga again :)

Entry one update:

-I stopped doing yoga cuz I’m a lazy stoner but I also have a fucked back. Tried some low strength yoga but pulled my lower again :( so I gotta do some lazy shit from the bed. Makes me sad cuz of the amount of weight I could lose and how quick I could do it .... if I could do fuckn YOGA

-still can’t eat... I’ve been fasting for a whole 20 hours so far

-rolling myself a smoke cuz I got no bud :(
