I just read a post where someone said they couldn't get past episode one of Superstore because none of the characters are relatable and they don't think anyone could act the way the people act in the show. Okay, sure, the characters are exaggerated but there is one exception: the customers. They act EXACTLY like customers act and it's obvious this person has never worked retail because Superstore couldn't be more relatable. OP, if you can't relate to the workers, you're the customer and you are the problem.
