[[ Have an update, since it’s been 300 years.

Holidays were so busy that I had zero time to do anything. Got sick a lot. Still sick in fact.

It rained in Cali. Holy fuck.

Now that I’m back down to three shifts a week, I’ll try to get on every now and again, but I probably won’t be here quite as much as I used to be. It’s hard to get my muses to cooperate, and I want to spend more quality time with my wife. Plus once P5 comes out I’ll turn into a hermit woman again anyway ha ha ha...

Anyway, semi-hiatus while I try to get stuff done. I’m under so much stress lately my body is falling apart.

I know I promised to do birthday stuff, but it seems like I might not be able to. D; I apologize to anyone waiting for replies from me. ]]

“It’ll only take me a couple of minutes. I’ll be fast, I promise.” Star said gently. He nodded at Clock’s plan to show that he agreed with it.

That being said, he teleported away, disappearing in a soft yellow light. Like Star had promised, it only took him a couple of minutes to return.

When he did, he was without his helmet– He wore a sweater with a star print on it, black leggings, and galaxy sneakers. He brushed his blond hair away from his eyes as he went over to Clock with a bright smile. All in all, Star looked even smaller than before thanks to his armor being so bulky.

“Okay, I’m all set! Which one first?”

Pulling Star in, Clockman pushed his cheek against Star’s, and pointed to a large roller coaster at the far edge of the park.

“We start there,” he said, and then swept his hand across the park. “And then we work our way across. Conquer the whole thing. Ride every ride.”

He paused, slightly confused. He gave Star’s shoulder a light squeeze. “Did you get...smaller somehow? You seem smaller. I don’t know how that’s possible.”

Triage: "Clock this little baby lizard is hungry and crying and I dont if it eats meats, fruits or veggies!"

Clock: Honestly, I don’t know either. All these books talk about are berries and sweets…

“Me making a big deal?” she questioned with a laugh while standing up and wrapping an arm over his shoulder. 

“I guess I was, but that was mostly because I made a few dirty happy ending jokes about it.” she admitted with a snicker. “She needs to relax and take her mind off things and if it was REALLY that scandalous do you think she’d head in there?” 

“Though its ok for you to be excited about it. I mean its obvious you have a crush going on here and you get to go in there and give her a nice lil rub down. I suppose its not near as intimate as sharing a body like you two did already, but who says you cant have a lil fun with it!”

“Happy...ending...?” Clockman felt completely lost, but the jab at Wave Change being intimate made his face flush.

“L-look, I--I’m just here as a friend. There’s nothing going on.” He became slightly defensive. “It’d be really scummy of me to try and take advantage of her while she’s emotionally compromised. And I like being her friend.

“I don’t understand the big rush to get into a relationship anyway. Humans are always rushing around looking for that ‘special someone’, but at least it makes sense for them. They have such a limited time, every moment they live is rushed.” He let his shoulders droop. “I don’t even know what I’m talking about anymore...I’d better get going before I really say something stupid.”

“Huh?” Star turned toward him. “Oh, no, its not that. Its just that my armor gets in the way and it might prevent me from getting on some of the rides.” He smiled awkwardly. “Plus, sometimes humans recognize me as a DWN and star to panic…”

Star had to contain a giggle at Clock getting one of his clocks stamped. He had managed, given that Clock didn’t seem all that happy about it.

At least he was happier once they got in, though. Star smiled again. “Okay! I think I can pay for that…” He paused. “Hang on a second, let me just go and teleport to my room and grab some stuff and change. It’ll only take a couple of minutes, I promise! In the meantime, you could start deciding which order you want to do the rides in.”

A small whine escaped Clockman. “That’s going to waste more time...” He tapped his foot again, and tried to remember what Triage had told him about taking things easy.

Well, whatever. We’re here now! We can go on all the rides, and have all the fun!

He looked at them, and decided. “We’ll start at one end, and make our way to the other,” he declared to no one in particular. “Ride them all, or bust!”

Silk couldnt help but giggle loudly when he suggested the bed and nudged Tri with her elbows. “Go on sis. Go hop in bed and get a rub down ~” she teased with a wide smirk while smirk standing. 

“You work my sister hard  with those magic fingers watch boy.” she said while pushing Tri up from the couch seat and gestured for her to head to her to her room with a wave of all her hands. 

“I .. ummm .. ok ..” Tri said still very much tipsy and a brighter shade of red in her face then she was before walking down the hall with him.

Hanging back for a second, Clockman gave Silk a dubious look. “Why am I supposed to be excited about this?” he asked. “You’re making a big deal out of a massage on the bed. Is it really that scandalous?”

“Ooo la la, he comes in with such confidence ~” Silk giggled while elbowing Triage with a wide grin. “Do you think the couch is enough space for this or should you two make your way to the bed room ~”

“The bed would be more efficient,” Clockman said, completely oblivious to the innuendo. “That way you could stretch out properly, and I would be able to work on you easier.”

He cracked his fingers. “Don’t worry though! I’ve had all the necessary training to be a licensed masseuse, so this shouldn’t be too difficult!”

Star tilted his head as he blinked in confusion. “…It’s only gonna take a few minutes at this rate, so don’t worry. We’ll be able to get in quickly.” He paused for a moment. “…Maybe I should deactivate my armor and look more like a civilian instead…I would have to grab some clothes from my room, though…” He murmured. His armor was a bit bulky, and it could get in the way. 

Just like Star said, they were eventually at the beginning of the line. He paid the entrance fee, and he got a stamp on his hand underneath his glove– The same was done for Clock, and then they were inside.

“Well, we’re here!” He smiled brightly.

He’d been trying to get better, he really had been, but something about lines just irked Clockman to no end. They were pointless. There was zero reason to waste time waiting when he could have been inside already having fun.

Lines were inefficient time wasters.

“Huh?” Clockman snapped back into reality at Star’s musings. “I think you look fine.” He didn’t seem to understand. “I don’t understand why you should have to change how you look just to fit in.”

He had never tried to take his own armor off. He wasn’t even sure it was possible.

The stamp seemed silly to Clockman, and they had no real way of stamping him anyway. Eventually they gave up, and stamped the top of one of his clocks, which only served to irritate him further.

However, his irritation quickly faded once they were inside. He looked around at all the rides and games with the enthusiasm of a child on Christmas Day.

“I wanna do all of it!” he declared.
