This is one of the best moments of the DLC, Rabbid Mario gives him a big hug, Rayman reacts impressed and for a moment he doesn't know how reacts.....

The rabbids were those that he had previously hated and believed were all beings full of madness and evil, but after his adventures with Rabbid Peach and Rabbid Mario, he realized that he was wrong....

The rabbids were not the beings he thought they were, he realized that they could be good, helpful and loyal, after that he really changed a lot of his perspective on them.

and he decides to accept that hug and return it, thus accepting the rabbids as his friends, as beings that can be like us, some good and incredible, others neutral and clearly bad.

This is a great step for the rabbids and for rayman, for the rabbids since they finish redeeming themselves by making passes with rayman and demonstrating their great change, for rayman why does he leave a grudge and hatred, in general it is a moment where they ask each other forgiveness and acceptance.

But above all, it is a teaching to the fandom, a representation of how we can leave that grudge against the Rabbids for supposedly having killed him, and as Rayman we can see them in a different way.
