A parent, a sibling, a cousin, a friend, a teacher. Damn, it doesn’t even have to be a person. Your pet, the plant you water every day, the stars. If you don’t feel comfortable talking, then write or draw. Pick that notebook whose cover is filled with dust and put it to good use. Write or draw there your deepest thoughts and fears. It doesn’t have to be Shakespeare level, a few sentences are enough. Just put everything that is upsetting and hurting you out of your system. Believe me, you’ll feel much lighter afterwards.
