(interpersonal skills) Therefore, by refining our presentation and how we maneuver in the world. We take the first step in controlling our narrative. We are delicate kind-hearted beautiful women. we deserve everything a woman would want. It’s time we realize our power and rightfully take it.

People with great soft skills are amazing conversationalists. They are a chameleon to their settings while appearing sincere. For this reason, others find it easy to connect with them. In my opinion, most of us need healing, unlearning, and learning new habits.
Keep a smile on your face: being open and friendly is inviting. Energy is easily transferable, so keeping our positive sets a good precedence.
Put yourself in more social settings: practice makes better, and we need practice. Make networking a priority and learn different personality type
Study social cues and body language: during conversations you should be able to pick up on non-verbals, so that you can determine how others feel and proceed accordingly.
Work on speaking voice: tone matters.. a lot! We have to become especially aware of how we sound to others.
Be responsive and less reactive: this has to do with listening skills and the ability to take criticism. Be slow to anger and quick to forgive. Also, learn to work on being less defensive.
