24 DJs spielen am 24. September für 24 Stunden im Baalsaal, Neidklub und Uebel & Gefährlich. Hamburg ist das neue Berlin. Nachdem Carlsberg die letzten zwei Jahre seine Zelte in der Hauptstadt aufgeschlagen hat, zieht der fliegende DJ-Zirkus am 24. September 2011 zum ersten Mal nach Hamburg. Für die Premiere in der Hansestadt werden 24 wildgewordene Vinyl-Artisten mit Pauken und Trompeten in die Manege gelassen. Neben seltenen Arten, die sonst nur im europäischen Ausland zu hören sind, gibt es auch eine handverlesene Auswahl schillerndster Prachtexemplare der einheimischen Flora und Fauna zu bestaunen. 3 Clubs, 24 Stunden Tanzen. Die Vorstellung beginnt im Baalsaal und Neidklub und geht dort bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Im Anschluss wird die ganze nachtaktive Meute ins Uebel & Gefährlich verschifft, um auch den letzten Rest Tollwut raus zu tanzen. Auf der Terrasse und im Turmzimmer werden Acts wie Nico von Noze den Sonntag vom Orchestergraben aus begrüßen. Support Your Local Deejays! Via The Weekly Dope, Transformative Illuminations, recent work by Matt Mignanelli features a typical "juxtaposition of organic and geometric forms painted in complex vibrant hues. The seriousness of this exploration has been further developed, focusing on the interaction of light within the spaces. His inspiration is drawn from energy, pattern, light, and emotion. Some of the shapes are discernable objects while others are a composition of structural elements and organic forms, altering the viewer's perception of dimensional space. The show features a range of new paintings on birch panel, canvas, and paper."

DEICHGRAF LIKES ARCHITECTURE !!!

Jarmund/Vigsnæs AS Architects has designed a summer house in Vestfold, Norway. This project is renovation or remodeling project, so the architects should observe the existing house in details. Located on the coast of Vestfold, Southern Norway, this house become so attractive, with all fantastic natural surrounding view. This project should have permit due to its location, and this forced the architects to make well adjustment to the terrain, both in terms of shape, scale, material and color.

The house and terraces are partly built upon existing stone walls, the parts of the walls which are new are made of stones from the blasting at the site. The low elongated volume is cut into to allow for wind shielded outdoor areas, embraced by the house itself. These cuts also bring down the scale of the building, and together with the local variations of the section, make the building relate to the surrounding cliff formations. On the outer perimeter of terraces and pool, a glass fence also protects against wind, but allows for maximum view. The house is clad with Kebony wood, a sustainable process of treating the wood to allow for good durability towards the exposure to salt water.
