Last week my friends and I gathered hundreds of bags of clothing and donated them to the #MiddleEasternFriendshipCenter for the influx of #syrianrefugees expected in Vancouver within the next month. It is incredible how much we are all capable of once we start believing in ourselves. The moment I started to search for answers from within, rather than an alternate source, the more I realized my magnetism as an individual. Growing up Orthodox and attending Catholic school til I was 15 I was taught to always put my trust in someone else (God) before putting trust in myself. It wasn't until I was around 18 or 19 that I started to question everything and search for answers from within. Over the years my skepticism led me to so many wonderful sources and outlets filled with tangible answers and logical meaning. I believe we all have the capacity to truly 'be amazing'.
