Before he recoiled himself, the male gave a small peck to Brooke’s forehead with a smug grin.

“No probs.”

Red faced from the peck, she huffed."So, how have you been?"

“— Yeah, guess so.” The male looked away, furrowing sligthly. He was not really happy with that scare. Almost lost his heart in an attack thanks to that.

Brooke pouted softly."I'm sorry." She huffed and puffed, seeming saddened that he was slightly upset with her."How about I treat you to hot chocolate as to finalize my apology?"

Nao grinned-ignoring the insult- and snatched the girl up in his arms tightly.

“‘Course, dear.”

Brooke gave a giggle as she snuggled into the hug, and returned it."Thanks~"

“Hii!” ;Yup, he got scared just seconds before sneeze. “D-Don’t do that!”

Seemingly amused, she began to laugh."Sorry! Sorry~ I just couldn't help it, but you don't have to sneeze anymore.. Right?" She grinned.

"Pineapples!" A sudden distraction occurred, hopefully she scared the sneeze away.

“—Ya’ need something, doll?”

"A hug please, ginger."

“Had a good Christmas.

Didn’t die, I can’t complain.”

; Stare because she kinda missed the ginger.

“”I’m glad you like it!” And guess who still had no clue that Brooke liked him? It wasn’t as if he was completely oblivious, but there was something he kept overlooking in the matter. Perhaps because he wasn’t sure about his own feelings for the girl. “You didn’t have to get me anything! …I am curious, though~”

And that's what Brooke kept her feelings to herself, if Oliver liked her then he would tell her. There was no use in making things awkward."Of course~" Placing the stuff animal atop her head, she turned and grabbed a small box. She told him to close his eyes and bend down, once he did she clipped a necklace around his neck. It was a half of a heart, and she had the other half."Okay open." She had friend, and he had best."Best friends, right?" She smiled.

“Haven’t gotten any presents yet, but I don’t need them. Ah, oh…! That reminds me—” Pulling it from seemingly nowhere, Oliver held out a stuffed animal kitty. “Tadaa~ It’s a kitten like me. Merry Christmas, Brooke.”

Brooke was only ever moody when faced with Oliver because she liked him but all that moodiness disappeared when the stuffed kitten was presented to her. She giggled behind her a balled up fist."How cute~ Thanks." She mused as she reached out and took it from him, cuddling it. She had gotten him something but she was embarrassed.."I got you something too.." Mumble.

“…! Brooke! Merry Christmas…!”

Oliver. Pout Pout. "Hey Oliver, how has your Christmas been?"
