as for your questions, first off!! the guy isn’t a janitor!!! his name is ookubo ren (maid café nickname: renren) and he’s a 20 year old dude in his 1st year of pharmacy school.

fittingly, he works part-time at a retail pharmacy, which is on the ground floor of the building chizuchan’s maid café is located in (poorly annotated image below)

as for their relationship~~~~~ all i will say is that they’re very good friends by the end of the manga, but as for the rest~~~ well you’re gonna have to read it for yourself to find out☆

story-wise for dolce, though!! they also have a 3 vol-long manga (that was also released on twt, iirc, but some of the juicier bits were vol-exclusive chapters), but they totally vanished after that :(

i will say, the manga’s a pretty good read!!! it has cute dolce moments, wacky dolce moments, and. [gestures at fuuma and shiina] that insane angstfest amongst all of the sunshines and rainbows.

so if you’re looking for more dolce, definitely check the manga out!!!!!! it’s good i swear!!!!!!!!

hi!! assuming you have a proxy, you can preorder/buy cds/merch/books and other stuff when the official (merch) listings release on sites like animate and the hw online store (<-hw usually drops merch on these sites, so they’re decent places to start).

if you’re looking for past merch that are no longer sold via official channels, try checking online fleamarkets/auction sites (though you’ll probably have to use a proxy to buy those too).

and, if you’re really dedicated to the bit™️, and have way too much cash to burn, you technically could always fly to jpn when there’s. like. an ongoing event/pop-up store/collab cafe*** (ime, the best time to go to a hw pop-up is in the morning on a weekday like. a week or so after the initial opening day) and!!!! if you’re going to a collab cafe, definitely try to make an advanced reservation to avoid any embarrassing moments (bc those are awkward as heckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk)

***note: the pop-up/collab merch usually have post-event online releases for the stuff like acrylic stands, badges, and keychains, so there’s honestly not much need to go to jp just for the popups lmao
