Probably gonna use this account as my DMC OC dumping ground since I have a lot of furry characters and get it howl like the sound some animals make and its a pun off devil may CRY get it

You can enjoy DmC: Devil May Cry while admitting that the game has dogshit politics.

You don't have to keep pretending that its female characters have agency beyond the man they're glued to or that the sniper rifle abortion scene didn't exist. One woman is fridged, the other two are "ugly hags", one of which gets punished far more violently than the male characters, and Kat is the one with the least bad writing.

Yes the game is technically anti-capitalist but that doesn't mean that it's a leftist masterpiece. The "corporations and politics are secretly run by demons" idea is THE textbook antisemetic conspiracy theory and frankly proves that trying to fit blatant political satire into Devil May Cry can't work without making a new property completely.

May I also remind you of Tameem Antoniades demanding people to prove Charlie Kirk's racism moments, and lying about paying them his pocket change if they fit his extremely specific criteria for what a racism moment was?

The reboot may have been needlessly hated when it was first released but that doesn't mean there isn't genuinely awful aspects to it that should be swept under the rug. Frankly Tameem and Adi are two cheeks are the same ass.
