PC will be here tomorrow, so here's a list of what's going to happen :

this blog is being archived and I will be remaking atticus' blog. I will not be promoting the blog immediately, and I will be heavily selective about who I follow and who I don't based on a lot of factors ( see below. )

If we do not talk often enough to remain mutuals. You'll also be removed from discord.

If we don't interact at all - I shouldn't be the one to constantly reach out to get things moving. it's not my job nor will I make it, it's either 50/50 or nothing at all.

Ships that are not touched upon after months of not discussing, unless it's been addressed otherwise, they will be dropped. I understand life is busy but random discussions here and there show me there's interest, not radio silence.

This blog will continue to be plot driven. I don't wing content, I don't like winging content, so I won't wing content.

Asks will be once again selective in what gets carried over, threads are selective too. Everything else will be deleted, thank you to those that end up not being followed again - for giving this blog a chance in some way. If I end up not following again it is for my personal sanity and comfort in a space that is no longer comfortable for me because of these factors.

𝐖𝐔𝐘𝐀'𝐒 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘 / 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐒. ( main canon )

atticus ( devilspurs ): her husband, and the father of her children. he is everything to her; her other half, her world. he completes her in ways she didn't know possible before now. and there is nothing she wont do for him. even going so far as to grant him a piece of herself- her core. to share a piece of her longevity, and ensure they have forever to keep one another.

kalila ( from before ): from atticus' previous marriage. kalila is as much wuya's as any of her other children are. wuya tells her that she's the reason she wished to be a mother- and it's true. together with her father, wuya found herself deserving of the things she lost. despite the crimes she committed, it seems after enough time had passed, the universe had balanced itself. and allowed her peace.

tamaska & jianyu: they were wuya's first children. and though they are identical twins, the two could not be more different from one another. jianyu is a very rowdy boy, excitable, passionate and about as stubborn as both parents combined. where as tamaska is quieter, more sensitive and more dependent on others. and much to both wuya and atticus' surprise, they're the spitting image of their father.

chunhua: she looks much more like her mother. with white hair, and single streak of black. she's willful, also quite stubborn, and has an untamable curiosity about her. despite the grief she gives her father early on, she loves both her parents more than anything. and has a great deal of pride in where she comes from.

aiyana: she was a surprise, an unplanned pregnancy, and a difficult one. aiyana is more like wuya than any of their other children. after she was born, wuya had to take time to recover from the ordeal. so as much as atticus tried to ensure some contact was made; he would very blatantly become the favored parent. of all the kids aiyana is the most spiritually adept, and takes after wuya as she grows older. and it is her mother's intent to pass the shop down to her one day.

meilin: they don't have meilin until... much. much later. when all the other children are grown and have found their own way. wuya struggles a lot after they all move out- and it isn't until she can't bare it anymore, that she and her husband discuss another. considering what aiyana put wuya through, they're both rightfully cautious. but decide to go through with it anyway. and they're both relieved to find it was a relatively easy one, and she was born healthy as can be.

fuji ( mystsins ): a good friend, and wuya's seamstress. they meet up and talk from time to time- usually when she needs some time away. the two have also traded with one another before. a long history has built a good foundation for trust, and wuya offers him only the best deals and product.

jiaoqiu ( mystsins ): he is the only one privy to the details of wuya's past, as he was there to witness most of it. they've known one another since she was a child, and he has become somewhat of a brother to her. she would trust him with anything, and is happier than she's ever been to have him in her life again. the two tease one another and have easy, playful banter. and he visits often enough that the children know him as an uncle, a very cool uncle... who spoils them.
