I've hired a gay owned & operated construction crew to build a dance club, just off the campus grounds, and reinforcing it with double thick soundproofed walls & ceilings, for everyone's
enjoyment on campus and to "BLOW off some steam," including our coaches, and all of the other employed boys & guys from campus, and everyone from my 🐎 ranch, as well as me and
my private residence's staff and every guest that I host at my private nudist residence. I WANT it, and everyone on campus and the ranch NEEDS this to help meat others and be able to socialize
with one another. Thankfully, since I'm paying for everything myself and bc it's on My privately owned property, not on campus grounds, I didn't need the Board's approval. Besides, I syill own all
the property our uniquely progressive college is built on. However, I did discuss it with them, as a courtesy. I'm also the CFO and sit 3rd chair on the college's Board of Directors.
They agreed that the athletes needed more normalcy in their lives as they're not allowed to leave the campus (unless I take them to the ocean, like I did last summer, on My dime), until graduation.
I'm also paying any athletes who'll work HARD for Santiago (& with his buff 💪 muscular crew), to help cut down on costs, for the club. Santiago will work closely with every boy & guy to ensure
they learn what each of their jobs are & for them to perform their duties accordingly as Santiago expects perfection from every worker. He's a very detail oriented guy and always has been ...
in a similar way, like me. Except, I ONLY EXPECT MYSELF and the duties and the different jobs I perform to be perfect & detailed, for example ... massaging EVERY MUSCLE thoroughly, while
providing my athletes and others, with perfectly detailed and releasing sports muscle massages. And always providing confidential, cummforting counseling sessions & helping my patients with
anything and everything they want, need and desire, including a massage to ease their stress so they can confide in & talk with me about their emotional, mental, physical and sexual issues.
It's important and imperative that we can be cummfortable with each other so I can be of ass-istance and help them work through their issues, hopefully to the extent that together, we
can resolve their issues. Some have said that my unique techniques are too unconventional, but 85% say sometimes they're necessary, helping me to prove that I've always resolved every one
of my male patients' issues, whether gay, or Bi, or Str8 and the curious, as well as everyone in between. I've worked and counseled over 100 patient's issues, resolving every patient's issues
for the past 8+ years while being employed by THIS COLLEGE'S Administration and with the approval of the BOD. I've even counseled a few patients not involved with our college, privately in my home office.
Having Doctorate degrees in psychology and psychiatry and my 25+ yrs of counseling boys, guys and men, and majoring in the male specie's psyche and physical body ...
I'm also the college's only physician, a degree I needed to become a psych doctor, is more than what most possess. Only I (in the USA) have a 100% success rate. ... Anyway ...
The club likely won't open before Christmas, but it will provide our athletes and others with some pocket money & hopefully a sense of purpose. A dozen of our buff 💪 muscular and well-hung
country boys and some of the ranch hands are helping with the construction, (mostly likely in helping with the 👷👷 worker's and buff country boy's sexual needs).
Later others will help paint and do all the other things Santiago will want them to do, as they'll be working side by side, often 1 on 1 w Santiago as he personally teaches each boy and athlete with a new skillset.
Like 16 yr.old ranch-hand, Emilio, who has said he enjoys working with Santiago and learning everything he teaches him (-Emilio). Emilio said Santiago always works him HARD but in a way that Emilio enjoys and is thankful for.
Micah, our ranch-hand's foreman on the ranch says Emilio has never been happier and looks forward to working with Santiago. He always leaves an hour earlier every day to go and work with Santiago.
I've known Santiago for 14+ years and I know he doesn't cut corners. Thats why I trust and hired him for this project. I'm hosting his 6+ months stay at my privately gated nudist residence, as his crew sleeps in tents.
He's also giving me 25% off his and his crew's labor costs for allowing them to stay on site overnite, and for graciously hosting His stay inside my nudist home. He also said he'd enjoy me visiting his room at nite🌙 whenever I have
