sorry for the month long break, i relapsed in about every way possible and almost died from an od 💀 i’ll be back to posting regularly soon i promiseeee
can’t fast for any reason (parents/special events ect.) or just aren’t up to that level yet? That’s ok !!
I am a minor so I live with my family, and while I manage to skip breakfast and lunch, I can’t consistently skip dinner (they’re already suspicious that I may have an ED).
Because of this, I have been doing OMAD for a while now and it gives very good results! As long as what you’re eating is healthy and has nutrients/protein but still fits in your calorie limit, you will still lose weight! (my limit is 900)
If anything, OMAD has been better for me than fasting because I’m less likely to binge ^^
TLDR; don’t feel bad if you can’t do extended fasts :)

one of my friends has an eating disorder and I’ve accidentally mentally made it a competition which is so fucking annoying because she isn’t forced to eat by her family like I am. She eats like 1-2 meals every 3 days and I want to cry just thinking about it. :(

I have two choices now: skip dinner or throw up, and I’ve never actually purged properly before.
Why am I so gross?? My gross cals are 675 but I burned off a lot from taking a walk and then playing a competitive soccer game right after.
