Growing up in a household where it’s always been “you have to eat it all, no wasting food” has made it so hard to stop eating when I’m full. I still have the mindset that I have to finish all my food and I’m trying so hard to change that.

hey guys! sorry for being absent for a little bit, but my mum took my phone recently, so I might not be able to post as frequently for a bit. however, I’ve whipped up an awesome muffin recipe, so give it a try!
-Ingredients-
½ lemon zest (2 cal)
2 tbsp sugar free syrup (15 cal)
½ cup greek yoghurt (69 cal)
¼ banana (mashed) (26 cal)
1 large egg (72 cal)
½ tsp vanilla extract (0 cal)
½ cup flour (228 cal)
¼ tsp baking powder (0 cal)
½ cup chopped strawberries (27 cal)
-Directions-
preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius, or 350 degrees fahrenheit. then, prepare a muffin or cupcake tray with eight muffin liners, and spray them with some nonstick spray. in a medium bowl, mix together all of your ingredients, except the strawberries, until they are all well combined. then, add the strawberries before pouring the batter into the muffin/cupcake tray. stick the muffins in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in it and have it come out clean. cool for a couple minutes after they have baked, and enjoy!
