Brush of Honor episodes premiere May 21 on INSP
From July 2014 thru end of January 2015, I edited all of or part of six episodes of a show entitled Brush of Honor. Each episode is a half hour long. It honors the lives of U.S. fallen soldiers from wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the families and loved ones they left behind. Phil Taylor and his wife Lisa visit with the families of these fallen heros and then Phil paints portraits of them and presents the portraits to the families. On May 21, two of these episodes are premiering on the Inspiration Network (INSP). INSP http://www.insp.com/shows/brush-of-honor/?intcmpid=topbanner

Tour Management Position with Liam Bailey
I started tour managing an up and coming Sony artist, Liam Bailey. He combines, soul, rhythm and blues, and rock n roll to make some really catchy songs, and has an all-star band backing him up. I started advancing shows while on tour with Mutilation Rites and just finished our first string of out of town shows. Tomorrow he's playing Central Park Summer Stage with Passenger. Me and Liam and down below, me and his drummer extraordinaire, Daru Jones.
Color Of Noise Premiere
The long awaited premiere of "The Color of Noise" is finally announced. It will screen at Third Man Records in Nashville, TN on May 30. This is my buddy, Eric Robel's film. I was editor, camera operator, sound recordist, and co-producer. View trailer
Entire Season One of Sally Jessy Rides Uploaded
The first season of “Sally Jessy Rides” is now available on the Logo TV website. I edited, color corrected and mixed all five webisodes working for Austin Street Productions. You see her here interviewing Jinx Monsoon, Rachel Dratch, Paul Iocono, Billy Porter and Perez Hilton, all in New York City on outrageous forms of transportation.
Mutilation Rites live footage posted
"Dead Years" and "White Death" off the Empyrean full length are complete. This is the shoot that I produced and edited that was shot and recorded at Union Pool on October 12. Check it out in the video section.
First Sally Jessy Rides episodes premieres today
The first webisode of “Sally Jessy Rides” premiered today on the Logo TV website. This is the first of five I edited for Austin Street Productions. This one features Perez Hilton and Sally Jessy Rapael on a partybus. I edited, color corrected and mixed all five webisodes. Check it out on Logo TV's website
The Color of Noise accepted to Big Sky Film Festival
Got the news from Eric today that our documentary got accepted into Big Sky Film Festival! This is the first festival that has accepted us.
Mutilation Rites Live at Union Pool
I produced a 5 camera shoot at Union Pool for Mutilation Rites that we shot last night. We recorded separate audio tracks as well. We will be using this recording and video to demo new songs and make professional looking and sound video of two of our songs off of Empyrean. I will be editing this project in my free time over the next few months.
The Color of Noise - Picture Locked
The first version of “The Color of Noise” in finally picture-locked. It is roughly mixed and color corrected at this point and is ready to be submitted to film festivals. It has been 2 1/2 years since we started shooting our first interview and we have been editing pretty solidly for a year now. We may cut it down a bit for theatrical release. The running time is now two hours and sixteen minutes. Check out the promo.
Kickstarter for The Color Of Noise Raises $19,057
The campaign to raise money to fund "The Color of Noise" post-production ended today and we surpassed our goal of $18000. I had nothing to do with the production of this but Eric Robel worked really hard to make this happen, and now he has the funds so we can complete the project.
