DINOSAURS and Prehistoric Animals Sticker Art

For all the 80's kids seeking to recapture lost memories, I'm in process of collecting and digitally preserving the fantastic art of Panini Dinosaur and Prehistoric Animals Stickerbook

"PTERANODON.Among the largest of the flying lizards (8 metre wing span), it had a long beak and a bony crest."

"DIMORPHODON. It was probably carnivorous and lived along the banks of water courses or on the coasts like the rhamphorhynchus." I remember thinking this little beauty was thoroughly wretched. I hated looking at, but I think its pretty cool now.

"TOROSAURUS. Another large herbivorous dinosaur, only the skull of which has been found. It may have been over 10 meters long."

"Brontosaurus.Despite its impressive size, this herbivorous dinosaur was completely inoffensive. Almost complete fossil skeletons have been found in Wyoming (USA)."

This painting is magic. It really captured my imagination as a kid.

"BATTLE BETWEEN ICHTHYOSAURS AND ELASMOSAURS.The icthyosaurus which was similar to a dolphin in appearance, was one of the most feared marine reptiles; it had undoubtedly adopted the most favourable shape for moving in the water. The icthyosaurs, which were about 8 meters long and the owners of 200 very sharp teeth, could attack even the elasmosaurs successfully."

“ANATOSAURUS AND CORYTHOSAURUS. These dinosaurs are grazing quietly in a marshy area, hunting for the plants they eat. The anatosaurus is in the front of the picture, and corythosaurus is on the right. They were called ‘duck-billed’ dinosaurs because of the strange shape of their heads.”
