14 things you don't need to apologize for
1. Being uninteresting. You donât have to be entertaining to be loved. People can enjoy your company anyways. 2. âEating clumsily. No one looks graceful when munching on a burger or chewing lettuce. Just use a napkin and donât be afraid to look funny. 3. âMaking too much noise. You are allowed to break the silence. You are allowed to be loud when you need to. 4. Having trouble expressing yourself. People are much more patient than you think. Take your time gathering your thoughts, you have the right to be understood. 5. âChanging your mind. You can declare you hate pink one day and dye your hair pink the next week. No oneâs obliged to be of the same opinion throughout all their lives. 6. âNot liking trendy or classic stuff. Just shrug it off the next time someone scoffs at you for not enjoying Game of Thrones. You donât have to justify your opinion or write an academic analysis to be valued. 7. âMaking or not making effort at being pretty. Regardless of your reasoning and whether you have one at all, the way you look is your own business. 8. âSaying no to fun activities. You know better what you can or canât do, and if you donât feel like it, thatâs your choice. 9. âNot being useful. Helping people is important but your value isnât defined by how much use you bring to humanity or your family. 10. âBeing emotional. You can be sad or excited over the simplest things. And you deserve to have your feelings respected. 11. âSaying no. Itâs fun to try saying yes to all new opportunities but you also donât have to explain why something makes you uncomfortable. If itâs not enough to other people, they donât deserve your explanation. 12. âBeing inexperienced. We are often pressured into doing something just because we donât want to look inexperienced. Everyone has their own journey and you can learn anything at any age. 13. âNot knowing something. Saying I donât know is one of the boldest things you can do. People get confused when someoneâs unapologetic of their ignorance. 14. âYour spending habits. Only you decide how to spend your money and whatâs of most importance to you. Whether itâs food, clothes, or home decor, no one can judge you for your financial priorities.
Consume me, carry me to the furthest limit.
