In 1981, Xao Seffcheque pulled off one of the funniest Neue Deutsche Welle pranks ever: an entire fake compilation album impersonating bands like DAF, Kraftwerk, Der Plan and more — all performed by himself.

This “DAF” track gets paired here with footage of the real DAF live on stage. The sync may drift a little, but honestly, it makes the whole thing even better.
