Jamie officially announced his new tour The Addicted Tour

After a month of speculation, Jamie Preston has officially announced “The Addicted Tour”, as well as the official dates and venues.

Jamie is slated to perform 20 shows starting on 2016 Jan. 15, it looks like a nightclub tour but some of the venues required to buy tickets and the first tickets will go on sale soon paying via paypal and picking up at the event. 

Some rumors says that the tickets price range are from $33 to $169 and the setlist includes 17 songs divided in 4 acts plus a tribute.

Jamie Just Released the Album We've All Been Waiting For — And It's Amazing

Elements is finally here.

After a long wait of over one and a half year, Jamie Preston, LA's favorite and most exciting PARTY BOY, released his highly anticipated new project by surprise on Monday afternoon. Though ELEMENTS is Jamie's final album — it is the perfect distillation of Jamie's feel. It's bright and dark but club friendly and free to download right now (sh.st/cG4xy). Your weekend just got the perfect soundtrack.

For a free album, ELEMENTS has incredibly high production values. Jamie throw another “Summer Nights” and doesn't appear on one of the tracks but when he does his voice feels more like a treat than the main course. He's like the master of ceremonies, but it's a job he does well. All the tracks have an incredibly organic and spontaneous energy to them; every cut sounds like it was a joy to record. 

"Every record has like 50 people on it," Jamie explained to KISS FM in April. "The idea is to make a singular, 4-minute-and-30-second or a minute song that feels like a year's worth of music." ELEMENTS tracks absolutely do.

"Now I can do whatever I want," Jamie told Billboard last November, detailing his reason on now being independent. "And I've got to really flex that unlimited capability of an independent artist. I can do whatever videos I want, I can play whatever shows I want, I can release when I want, talk how I want, freely about any subject. I have a certain responsibility and I feel free now and not planing on re-signing [with a major label]."

ELEMENTS feels like a true artistic statement of freedom. It's free musically, relying on live instrumentation and spontaneity more than programmed beats and rhymes; free conceptually, from expectations about what a legend should do with their buzz; and free literally. It points to some exciting new horizons for new independent artists, exemplifying the fresh work they can create with their freedom.
