Chelâ:
@divineconâ liked for a starter From Chel to Tulio
Walking around the same old boring temple as she always does Chel walked up to the so called gods chambers as she found the one almighty one admiring his looks in a gold plate.Â
âSoâŚChosen one, how did you make that volcano explode, because ..âShe walked up to Tulio before looking up at him.Â
âYou and I both know that your NOT a god.â She pointed a finger to his chest. âButâŚdonât worry, your little secret is safe with me, Only ifâŚ.â She Grinned âYou do something for me in return.â
This temple was incredible. This whole place was incredible! Although, unlike Miguel, he was perfectly content to stay right where he was---surrounded by so much gold. Piles of it. Stacked even taller than him!---and far away from the threat of blowing their cover. There were only two people he really had to worry about when it came to that, and---oh, there was one now. He spotted Chelâs reflection in the golden plate, and turned to look at her, smirking at her use of âChosen Oneâ. He could get used to that.
"Are you blackmailing me now? And here I thought we had a deal." He teased her.
"And well,â He thought back to the volcano. âI could tell you that I just got really, really lucky---â And it would be true, he did. Even now, it boggled his mind that theyâd actually made it. Theyâd really beaten all the odds on this one. This entire journey had been one gigantic string of dumb luck after another, and it had all started with roll of dice. Against all odds, they not only managed to find this place, but a volcano of all things had helped them right when theyâd needed it. â---but think about it. Between that volcano and the timing of you stealing that idol, maybe someone did want me here.â It was a joke he didnât truly believe, but even he had to admit that the odds were so astronomical, it was almost divine. And whew, now he was thinking too much. "But fine, Iâm generous.â He placed a hand to his chest, only to realize he was still clutching the plate, and with a sheepish chuckle, he gingerly placed it back onto the nearest pile of riches, then looked back to her. âWhat is it?â
