At the dr. Trying to ask questions about the stuff in my medical history and asking for some deeper diving into some past diagnoses… already getting such bad anxiety. I feel like asking them to help me figure stuff out is such a burden on them and like I’m being a pain. As if it’s not even their fucking job. What’s wrong with me.

Do you ever wonder if ai really will just destroy our entire population by releasing some deadly gas and then we all die and then like in 10,000 years a new civilization of some kind find our remains and the future generations are like “what happened here?!”

Sometimes I wonder. Are we going to be an ancient civilization that will be studied and analyzed one day?

McNamara’s work interrogates the boundary between the natural and the manufactured, capturing a solitary mining bee navigating a landscape of high-fructose commercial iconography. The tension between the organic and the synthetic is underscored by the box’s inverted branding — a world turned on its head.

Having a hand me down dog from a deceased family member is hard enough… especially when he didn’t really love you anyway and now that person that he did love is gone.

Add in that he is a runner who will run until exhaustion. Doesn’t come when he’s called and will run through electric fences (which aren’t cheap to install)…

Realized how alcohol feels like instagram. I don’t like who I am while I have it… when I’m drinking all I want to do is drink. Sit and drink all the time. When I have instagram on my phone all I want to do is scroll. I work less in both situations. I am less productive and hours slip by in both situations.

So they will be my no gos.
