Working very hard on storyboards for a pretty ambitious new Godzilla animation! Starring: Mean Ol' Uncle SpaceG. (seems to be the most popular character from the shorts, I'll try not to make anything too bad happen to him. Only what's deserved.)
This one is very inspired by my favorite Saturday morning cartoons :] Probably won't be posting much, storyboards take up so much brain juice. (If you wanna see all the secret stuff, character sheets/full board pages, check out my patreon!)
Gigan reminiscingā¦ (He swears, it went exactly like this.)
About half way done now, sooo much work going into this one. Gigan has a lot of details and sharp edges, not something Iām used too with the MCās of my animations. Looking to be another 10 minute + animation!
While I tend to relax their personalities, this episode takes into account that Gigan isnāt always a good friend! Letās hope someone teaches him a lesson, eh?

Biollanteās weapon:
Someone wanted a clear reference of Biollanteās weapon, so here it isā¦ FINALLY!Ā
Her weapon is a whip, made with braided vines embedded with thorns (thorns are all coated with poison). The tail of the whip is the head from her tendrils in her kaiju form (I included some inspirations from the Venus flytrap). And yes, it bites, and the poison will kill you, albeit slowly. Biollante does carry an antidote just in case something unexpected happens.
So basically, as soon as the poison enters your body, it will start absorbing your blood, and vines will start growing out of the wound (if you panic, the vines will grow faster). The vines will then bloom five rosebuds, one after the other. Finally, when the fifth and final rose (the biggest one) blooms, you are as good as dead.
(Godzilla is worried cos he never wanted Biollante to create and own a dangerous weapon. He doesnāt want her to be involved in any battles at all! Over-protective brother mode activated!)
