Please note the wrist and ankle straps can be pre-installed on the bed before the prisoner even enters the room. The chest strap can have one end attached to the bed as well. A cooperative prisoner can be restrained at the wrist and ankles in about 20 seconds by one person if the bed is set-up first. The chest strap takes a little more time.
Also note this prisoner's left wrist is way too loose. He can probably leave when ever he wants.
