Christopher Moltisanti X Soprano! Fem Reader
Summary: When Chris is attacked by the Russians his ditsy girlfriend just so happens to be with him.
My uncle Tony was truly one of a kind. He was engaged in shady dealings as a mob boss—like a real-life version of an Italian mob. Despite his criminal activities, he always prioritized his family. That's why I've been living with him; after my father was murdered, having someone like Tony on my side seemed like my best option in this world.
Tonight was Meadows' recital, which she had been practicing for. I needed a break from my cousin, who had been chatting my ear off about her high school relationships almost the entire night. So, I decided to hang out with my boyfriend, Christopher, and grab a bite.
I was hoping for a romantic dinner. I wasn't always a materialistic person; God forbid a girl enjoys nice things now and then. As we approached a food truck, my stomach churned at the smell. I grabbed Chris’s arm. “Can we go somewhere else? I got food poisoning the last time we ate here.” Chris chuckled, wrapping his arm around me and pulling me close. A smile formed on my face as he did so. “I remember, doll; you kept me up all night with your whining.”
A pout formed on my lips. “Chris, you know I hate throwing up,” I whined as he laughed again and gave me a quick peck on the lips. “Jesus, doll, alright. Well, we can go anywhere you want afterwards, okay?” He searched my eyes for a response. “Alright. Just make it quick,” I replied. He nodded. I sighed and pulled out my strawberry lip gloss, which I knew Chris adored. I puckered up my lips.
Jesus, it was a cold night. I thought as I hugged myself.“Let’s go, doll,” Chris said, holding his arm out. “It’s freezing out here, Chris,” I whined, cuddling closer to him. “You’re going to be the death of me, you know that?” he groaned. Just as he began to take off his jacket, a figure appeared next to him grabbing his arm. I didn't recognize either of them but they were speaking Russian. A rough hand reached out grabbing my arm as well. I cried out in pain as I began to squirm. “What the fuck?” Before Chris could get another word out he was pistol-whipped on his head. “Chris!” I cried as they began to drag us down the street.
I was on the floor, right next to Chris, as we were dragged onto the wet dock. “You let her go, you assholes!” I cried out as they pulled my hair even harder. “Chris!” I sobbed. Even though I was a Soprano, I hated violence, guns, drugs, and blood—everything the mob stood for. I had never gotten involved in my father's business for this exact reason I wasn't prepared on what to do.
The men chatted to each other in Russian still holding a tight grip on me. I silently cried as I stopped squirming. “Listen, you’re friends of Tony’s goomar, right? Meadow wanted the crystal. If I didn’t give it to her, she would have gone down Jefferson Avenue! You have to tell Tony that they would have beaten her! They would have raped her!” My heart stopped as I stared at Tony with wide eyes. He had promised he wouldn’t give her the crystal. “Chris you promised me you wouldn't,” I whispered feeling dread wash over me. The man smirked as he held a gun to my head. I squealed as I began to squirm again.
“Don't do it! Listen to me! I was trying to save her! You speak English!” Chris cried out. “Please don’t do this!” I pleaded as I kept squirming. I felt the grip of the guy loosen, and I pulled my elbow back, slamming it into his groin. Before I could even get up, he pistol-whipped me on the temple. I cried out and fell flat on the dock as blood ran down my face.
“Y/n!” Chris shouted as another man pulled him back. The men held guns to both of us while I lay on the floor, accepting my fate. I reached out and intertwined my fingers with Chris's. “Don’t shoot! Please don’t shoot!” he cried as they began to pull the trigger. My heart stopped.
The gun holster was empty, making a clicking sound. I let out a small sigh. The man laughed as he made a cross with the gun. The other one laughed too, pushing Chris onto the floor. “Fuck!” Chris groaned. “Y/N? Doll? I know you're in pain right now, but I need you to untie me so I can call an ambulance, alright?” I blinked and turned to look at Chris. “Doll, come on, please get up.”
I sniffled as I pushed myself up on my elbows. I turned and crawled over to Chris. He turned around, and my shaky hands began to untie the rope. “You’re doing great, doll. Almost there,” Chris praised, as tears continued to stream down my face. As soon as I untied him he turned rushing me into a hug.
I started to sob as I broke down in his arms. “I’m sorry, doll. I’m so sorry.” I didn't respond; my body was shaking. “Look at your beautiful face. I’ll make it up to you. I’m so sorry, baby.” He lifted my face and gently kissed my lips.
In times like these I really hated being a soprano.
I wasn't sure how to wrap this up, but it's been a while since I posted anything, even though I’m always reading. I recently started watching “The Sopranos,” and it’s an amazing show! I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet. Although this is a short message and I have plenty of spoilers for the show, I just wanted to share this small thought. I hope you all enjoyed it! Should I make a part two?
