the word “post-mortem” sounds too serious but I realised that my recent drawings were missing “detail” because I was using 100% square brushes and not adding anything else to it.

cool how much a bit of those convex / “H” shapes add much more character/detail to the surface than just regular flat square highlights. Which means in future illustrations I have to spend more time adding more finer details, to add more texture to robots. Aaaa.

To self : please find a blendy brush again for future use

After watching the new teaser, I came up with a theory in my head: the other voice in his head might be Heavy Iron himself, but another version of him. A raw, primal instinct deep within him.

So why don’t make Black Hook deal with both?

Black Hook is more comfortable with (and prefers) his original persona because, even though he doesn’t understand Heavy Iron, he can still somewhat anticipate his moves.

But either persona, both Heavy Iron still make him FRUSTRATED and IRRITATED him as ALWAYS. Thank you.

I really wish Tachy gets sealed by Soleil>< then Blaion will have three sisters to take care of (Soleil, Phantom Hornet, and Tachy). Meanwhile, Solidhorn will just watch the chaos, completely refusing to help him. BLAION THE ULTIMATE BIG BROTHER. Either way, I'm going to enjoy the rest of the series!!~^^
