discovered your account from searching up Sulfur DOD while looking for fanart of him and stumbling across avoider anon's headcanons of Sulfur... anyways :-D
Headcanons for President Sulfur:
Sulfur has no parents, however he was adopted by Oxygen, Element 8. This headcanon was created due to the fact sulfur cannot be created by other elements through standard chemical reactions because chemistry only rearranges electrons and atoms, not atomic nuclei. However why Sulfur was adopted by Oxygen specifically is because sulfur is in Group 16 on the Periodic table, the Chalcogens, (also known as the oxygen family), and Oxygen is also in Group 16 one above sulfur, so I thought that it would make sense to make Sulfur adopted by Oxygen.
^ 2. Therefore another head canon is that Sulfur's last name is Chalcogen.
3. Another headcanon related to 1., Sulfur formed in a volcanic region (one of the places sulfur forms in real life), and Oxygen found Sulfur there while going on a hike in that volcanic region, they took him in however they got attached and legally adopted him, providing him great education, the necessities, and love.
4. Sulfur is sweet, he's always been. However due to being stressed out from political stuff and always being under pressure to make the right decisions for Robloxia, usually dismissing people, always speaking in a stern tone and getting mad over small things due to the sheer amount of stress.
5. Sulfur likes lemons.. He wears lemon perfume to cover up the infamous smell of sulfur. (which is a rotten egg/burnt matches like smell, most commonly hydrogen sulfide gas. While pure elemental sulfur is actually odorless, the compounds it forms are responsible for this smell.)
I also like to think he carries lemon hard candy in his pockets.
Thats all, thank you for reading. :-)
Many apologies for the delayed welcome, but better late than never, I suppose?
First things first- I love how you brought actual science stuff into this. I have no idea why Sulfur's named that way in-lore, but your spin on an otherwise-sadly-overlooked (again, in-lore) character was really fun to go through.
Sadly, the only sulfur fact I knew beforehand was the smell one. So thanks for teaching us!/gen
