(eilidh ballentlne, fawn’s maternal grandmother. she was a wise vampire, sassy yet incredibly kind. she raised fawn to treat others like she wants to be treated, even if they weren’t the same species. 

she was a fan of telling fawn stories of her youth, along with showing fawn where to find cheap and affordable blood supplements so she wouldn’t have to go hunting or wouldn’t go on a killing spree.

she dabbled in magic, but never got the chance to teach fawn. sadly, she was destroyed by a small group of vampire hunters when fawn reached the age of nineteen.)

(arthur & ida emsworth, fawn’s parents, were born vampires just as she was. and so were their parents, so on & so forth. arthur & ida grew up in the 1800′s, arthur was an apothecary while ida was a milliner. when they were 30, they decided to get married and have a child. 

they’ve tried raising fawn with their own ideas of morality, but when fawn was just five years old, her grandmother, ida’s mother, took her and figured she was a better guardian (and she was right). 

arthur & ida are horrible people; they’re scathing, ruthless. they dream of a world ruled by vampires where humans are all either enslaved or dead. 

currently, arthur works as a wealthy doctor & ida owns her own little boutique.)
