     he starts to move closer to her, getting ready to offer      his body as support to her own but the realization of      who he was dealing with hit him mid-action. there was      no way she was going to let him get even inches away      from her. she might’ve been sick, but she was still lily      evans and she still disliked him. hoping subtleness was      guiding his moves, he fixes his intentions, his teeth      sinking into his lower lip as he stuffs his hands in his      pant’s pockets, his body shifting it’s position slightly.              ❛ follow me, m’ lady. ❜      he jokes, giving her a kind smile.

        she followed him, it didn't take more than five         steps  for  her  to  finally  give  in and rest a         hand on his shoulder with a sheepish smile.

        james let out a small laugh, his body relaxing         at the revelation. his eyes rested on her face         for a moment, a smile still lingering on his lips.         the sudden urge to brush her hair away from         her face, to touch her cheeks, to comfort her         took over him and he had to stand up in order         to focus his movements somewhere else.
