What does "like" mean?
The word "like" in this context means whatever you define it to mean. The needs of people in a marginalized group are as different as the people in it and the vagueness of the question tries to reflect this.
Why is there no nuance option?
Either a piece of media likes fat people or it does not, though people might disagree on which is the correct answer.
