How to take care of damaged hair ♥ ~

do shea butter masks as often as you can

rinse your hair with cold water

never use hair dryer

swab your hair with a towel very softly without rubbing

use oil before your brush them

brush them with a wood comb (no plastic)

braid them when you sleep

(obviously) no hair dye, no bleaching and no straightener

doing some self care. my skin has been glorious lately tbh. I have almost no acne scarring/hyperpigmentation left at all and I don’t really have more than a few pimples which is a miracle for me. I’m gonna attempt to start making some skin care videos since people are always asking me (: but yes I like hardly wear any face makeup anymore, just a little concealer. it’s amazing ahhh I’m so happy
