Eileen was currently having her eyes closed, bathing in the heat of the sun shining over their heads. She was glad Dominic had asked her if she wanted to go to the park, both because they rarely had a chance to speak and because she enjoyed his dogs. They were a delight and she had found herself sketching them once or twice. It made her wish she had a pet, but maybe a smaller one. When Dom started speaking she opened one of her eyes, learning her head his way. “Shows that you haven’t lived here for that long. People will think you’re a tourist if you stare too much, be careful. Though yes, I like the culture clash around here, helps my muse from time to time.”
Dom raised an eyebrow at her words, knowing he had heard that fact before and it made him snort. “Why do you all keep assuming that just because you’re curious, you have to be a tourist? Can’t a local spend as much time just staring around or are all of you too boring to do so?” He gave her a smirk, and stared over at a couple walking by. “Right, do you have a favorite thing to draw or do you just pick people at random? I guess the best way to do anything is by studying real people and pretend you’re them. Acting at its finest, I’d say.” He shrugged, moving his eyes back at Eileen.
