Seto Kaiba Back From Unexplained Social Media Hiatus

It looks like the young billionaire is back to posting after taking a long break. The controversial duelist did not hesitate to jump back into interacting with people with his usual temperament as soon as his pride was hurt. 

Over the year many speculated that his disappearance was his way of escaping from criticism following DuelTube.com’s failure. Others claim that he simply forgot his username and password. 

Whether you’re a hater or a fan, one thing is for certain: nobody can ignore the trainwreck that Seto Kaiba has been for the past few months. We may call him ‘troubled’ or ‘tormented’, but we can’t look away.

KaibaCorp Suffers Biggest Lost In 10 Years

The company has lost CNY 7.2 billion this year after sales slowing down. KaibaCorp's stock has been falling for the past two months after the disappointing career of DuelTube.com, the social media platform designed by the company which has failed to gain any traction.

DuelTube.com, mockingly referred to as ‘the noodle’ by KaibaCorp fans and haters alike cost the company a lot. Given its popularity being ironic in nature experts warn that the once trendy gaming company might never recover from this blunder.

Yari Maguchi Issues Another Apology For Scandalous Behaviour

The young idol came under fire after botching a press conference last week. 

Photos of Yari Maguchi walking home late at night with an unknown man were released in December, 2017. This was considered a breach of her contract with Apex, which forbids romantic relationships. Maguchi issued a public apology which wasn’t well received by the fans due to her non-adherence to bowing conventions. Maguchi called for another press conference on Friday, this time paying proper respect.

Maguchi is currently in suspended from touring with HELLO!HELLO!!Nyan~5425*. Her solo performances were cancelled and plans for her own talk show are on hold. Speculation is that she’ll be able to return to the pop scene in late 2018.

KaibaLand’s Brand New Facility ‘HÖRR’ Opening Its Gates This Week

Besides classic arcade games, the hyper-modern gaming center will feature the latest VR games developed by KaibaCorp. Ticket prices to KaibaLand are the following: 600 ¥ - student, 1200¥ - adult, 300¥ - duelist. As always, KaibaLand offers free admission to orphaned children.

The name chosen for the new building caused some confusion. Fans seem to agree that ‘VRcade’ would have been a better choice for an arcade that mainly features VR games. Seto Kaiba was unavailable for comments, but some speculate that since ‘HÖRR’ is Icelandic for ‘elegance’, the young businessman might have been inspired by his latest trip to the icy country.

Café Robber Gets 12 Year Sentence After Losing Duel Against All Members Of Jury

James L. Dehamel (34) won’t get to enjoy any Robusta for a while, officials say. Dehamel was convicted of first-degree robbery after a foiled attempt at extorting money in Café 68, a popular Vietnamese coffee shop in Domino City. Bystanders say infamous King of Card Games Yuugi Mutou (21) was also present, and it was due to his bravery and skill at throwing trading cards that officials were able to detain the criminal.

Yari Maguchi’s Apology Insufficient, Critics Say

Maguchi issued a public apology after she was seen walking home late at night with a man on her side. That was a month ago, but it looks like the case isn’t over yet.

“Maguchi didn’t do the proper procedure” claimed M. Tanaka, body-language specialist. “Her bow was only 35° instead of 45°, which is a huge mistake. It’s hard to believe Maguchi and her team at Apax would overlook an important detail like that. The only reasonable explanation is that there wasn’t much thought put into this. She clearly didn’t mean anything she said.”

After hearing the accusations Apex called for another press conference where Maguchi will apologize again.

Japan’s Elderly Population Causes Government Budget Deficit - With Teapots

The Japanese government has been awarding seniors who have hit 100 years of age with beautiful handmade teasets since 1956.

The gift costs 45,000-47,000 yen per set and is crafted in famous pottery town Tokoname. 

Last year, government data showed that there were more than 65,000 centenarians in Japan. The Tokoname teaset, once a rare luxurious item now can be found in so many households that it’s no longer considered unique. But the biggest problem is Japan’s annual budget for elderly care, which has been spiralling out of control, economists warn. In the very near future Japan won’t be able to provide lavish gifts for its elders.

The government’s proposition to replace the Tokoname brand with a cheaper teaset was met with stern disapproval from centenarians.

Breathalyzer Registers Alcohol Level In Air Near KaibaCorp

The mega-corporation known for draconian working environments threw the party of a lifetime, insider sources say. The event was restricted to employees, but pedestrians walking near the building could get a taste of what was going inside, due to alcohol levels registering on breathalyzers at the gates - without anyone blowing into them.

Fans were disappointed when they’ve heard of Maguchi’s scandal.

“When you get in show business you willingly forfeit your right to many things. She’s irresponsible and a bad role model!” claimed one long-time supporter. “She went on a walk with a grown man after dark! Knowing this, how am I going to jerk off to her anymore?! Shame!”
