so a film can literally have an all-white cast and all-white leading creative team and STILL meet the standards as long as they have interns and marketers of color. films only need to meet ANY TWO of the four standards to qualify. the bar has been quite literally set SO LOW and people are complaining that there’s any bar in the first place.
