Bloodbath Sans doesn't just use magic; he attacks with trauma. He can violently vomit a torrent of acidic blood and mangled human organs. This "flesh-vomit" acts like a sentient trap, with intestines that wrap around victims like constrictor snakes, dragging them toward his jagged maw.

• The Maw of the Void:

His jaw is unhinged, capable of opening wide enough to reveal a throat filled with pulsating human eyes and teeth. When he speaks, it sounds like dozens of wet, overlapping voices screaming in agony.

• Corrupted Blasters:

His Gaster Blasters are no longer sleek dragon skulls. They are grotesque fusions of rotting meat and bone, dripping with thick, dark bile. Instead of a clean beam, they spray a "Blood Laser" that melts through the target's physical form and soul simultaneously

• The Scent of Death:

Wherever he walks, he leaves a trail of thick, iron-scented blood. Any AU he enters begins to "rot," as the ground turns into soft, fleshy tissue under his feet.
