I have this specific headcanon that Alhaitham is relatively more expressive*** in the eyes but doesn't really use the lower half of his face to emote

So it causes 2 things

1. People can't read him

2. He doesn't use those muscles -> no wrinkle -> baby face

And it causes cuteness aggression in Kaveh every time he sees Alhaitham. Which just causes him to get mad

"Aweee he looks just like he did when we--.... EWWWWW how did he turn out like this! YUCK. His face could be so cute if he wasn't so IRRITATING."

And Alhaitham just has a sixth sense ke kab Kaveh ko teeli lagaani hai
