I feel like he'd try to be nice about it but Rick would be suuuuuuper confused by Abed???? Like I can see him talking about Rick's genre or something idk and he'd just be like, "...Thank you...?" And basically be not sure what to make of Abed. Of course, he'd still try to look out for him bc this is Rick but I feel like Abed isn't really that ~troubled so Rick would probs mostly leave him alone...ooooh unless I do put Rick back in school. Oh my goodness, yes! Especially since drunk!Nick is the best Nick. Also headcannon that like when Rick comes into the bar sometime or something, idk but basically at some point Nick needs to tell Rick (haha can’t get over their rhyming names ;DD) about his zombie apocalypse book that he’s writing BC OF REASONS!!!!! And for some reason, Nick should decide that Rick is the best guy to bounce ideas off of, even though Rick is probably sitting there like WTF????????? but politely listens as Nick gets like really into telling him everything.

AHAHAHAH ~best. So, I agree that these two would actually really like each other if they got to know one another/met under difference circumstances. As it is, I think Rick will be TOTALLY suspicious, no matter how they show up at the crime scene and even if like Bobby “confirms” their identity, I feel like Rick has his eye on them, haha. And, Sam, on the other hand, will probs be really frustrated that he takes his job so seriously and is like involved with all the murders haha. 

Also, I do think that being in one place/working a million cases is going to make it harder for the boys to keep their cover — especially with people like Rick. And I think that eventually he’s gonna like “hell no idk what your game plan is but you aren’t who you say you are” and things will go well for the Winchesters, but I think eventually that Rick will figure out/have to be told/shown by them what’s up and THEN THEY WILL WORK TOGETHER AND IT WILL BE THE BEST THING AHHHHHHHH

Esp bc the FBI seems to have such a large branch here and so I feel like ~that cover wouldn't last long and just RICK IS METICULOUS about these things esp if he thinks something's going on and people might be hurt. And he will indeed be everywhere. I feel like Dean'll be all ~sigh, "Hello, again, Sheriff," and then aside to Sam, "What is up with this guy??????" basically. Also, yeahhhh it'll be totes impossible with ALL THESE CASES HERE. I feel like the Winchesters will just be like, "What is even with this town???????"
