i feel like out of the ultimate five minegishi and shibata were really set up for failure. like, shimazaki and hatori both have really unique abilities that make them specialists in specific situations, serizawa works pretty well as a generalist. and then you have minegishi, who has an extremely specific and pretty to counter form of combat. so you think you'd want a water or fire type to balance out your grass type but no. instead he went with a guy whos just really, really strong. no wonder they both got solo'ed toichiro needs to balance his party better
