i think we should be ridiculing them more for this. you don't get to try and go all "queer website" when your staff likes to go on nuking sprees targeting the trans fem users
would be remiss not to mention that the rainbow notably straight up just removed the trans flag colors from it. like they’re gone. it’s the progress flag minus the trans flag colors.
in a lot of places if people are buying opiates it is going to be fentanyl no matter what and they know this. other people simply want fentanyl on purpose even if they have other choices. its honestly weird this narrative that anyone who ever does fent is doing it completely unawares and by accident because they were spiking other drugs with it covertly. says a lot about what you all need to feel compassion for addicts and drug users tbqh
its good to talk about awareness and how other drugs can be missold and mixed with others, and specifically how you should test your drugs, but fent is not just people buying it by accident and then ODing and people outside that narrative deserve compassion and support too :/
also im really tired of how people rightfully mock how cops portray fent but then turn around and act like mere proximity to the drug will kill you. people do in fact take fent for years and years without dying. like yes it has a high OD potential for a number of reasons but it is NOT a death sentence and frankly its weird to act like it is !!! if nothing else id LOVE for people to stop treating fentanyl users like foregone conclusions
there's a small image of a skiff on the sea, with a flying fish jumping over it, on one of the "panels" below the steps up to the 2nd floor of my house. it's hard to remember it exactly. i think it's colored pencil and i think the first time i ever saw it, my sister pointed it out to me. it must've been the person who lived here before us. i don't know anything about that family. on my window, there's the residue of a sticker of a lion. it's hard to see, but you can see the lines of it. the big paws and the mane. a false wall in the office and a thick, heavy, combination lock with a deadbolt on the door to it. my mother painted over the skiff two summers ago. i told her not to, but what can you do. she was painting the whole of the stairs
