Welcome to Downunder: This is a AU where all the monsters died after the war and are in a place after death, which is a large black void. It looks like theirs nothing there, but I'm truth everything is made by collective imagination, so if someone were to say "There's a store" a store would appear in that direction, and everyone would know be able to see it and interact with it. The space is technically empty, but it's also full. Frisk would be the first human to go down there, and to understand and see what everyone is talking about, which is rare.
This is my very first design for it. It's in its early phases.
