I made a Demon Slayer face mask!!

It was my first attempt at making a mask completely on my own without any of my mom's guidance and it's not perfect but I still love how it came out 😁

The checkerboard pattern was originally black and white and I used a fabric dye to get it the perfect shade of green. Then I used my cricut and some iron-on material to make the "destroy" kanji. I'm not great at sewing but hopefully with time I'll get better. This was a lot of fun to make!

An artist in Baltimore wrote names of fatal victims of the police force along the sidewalk.

She began with victims killed on May 1st of 2013 and wrote every name that was recorded until the present day.

Names stretched from Penn Station to a George Washington monument in the middle of the city, which is nearly a mile in distance.
