Alright, I think I’m finally ready to get this workout group going. As it stands, I’m planning on having us meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. We’ll be switching up our routines, doing cardio one day, weights one day, and swimming one day. If this doesn’t work for anyone who is interested, let me know. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone out!
That could be fun. If nothing else, I’ll stick around in case anyone feels like hurting themselves by playing tough.
